Forville market and shopping in Cannes

Oldest covered market in Cannes, the Forville Market, near Le Suquet, is the local address for fresh quality produce. Herbs from the garrigue, seasonal vegetables and fruits, olives, typical condiments, fish from Mediterranean waters, charcuterie and Cannes specialties, here we are locavore. Go through the shopping street Meynadier to reach this delicious daily show, dedicated to the flea market on Mondays.

Two other markets are dedicated to Provençal products: La Bocca market, very diversified , and the < strong>Gambetta market, which animates the city center of Cannes every morning (except Mondays).

Cannes is to shopping what the steps are to the Palais des Festivals, a must! The flagship address of shopping in Cannes rest the Croisette. With its palaces, the boulevard is the signature of Cannes, it is also the address of haute couture houses and luxury ready-to-wear boutiques. Parallel to the Croisette, Rue d’Antibes is more diverse, from fashion boutiques to decoration stores and fashionable tea rooms. More convivial, rue Meynadier: this pedestrian street which extends the district of Suquet is the historic shopping street of Cannes.

Monaco, Eze Village, Saint Paul de Vence

 Monte-Carlo , with its casino, palaces and lush gardens, is synonymous worldwide with gaming and extreme luxury. The Monaco Grand Prix is one of the oldest and most prestigious car races. It is contested in the Principality of Monaco, on an urban circuit which crosses the Principality. 

 Through its views and the beauty of its hilltop village, Èze is one of the most beautiful sites of the French Riviera The town is not limited to the village, it begins with its pretty beaches of sand and includes exceptional hiking trails . Èze has long held its reputation for its carnations and mandarins before being known for its exceptional exotic garden and gastronomy .

In its vegetable and mineral setting Saint-Paul de Vence preserves the secret of a simple and inspiring lifestyle. 26 km from Cannes, standing on its rocky outcrop and surrounded by its ramparts built on the orders of François I °, St Paul is certainly one of the most beautiful villages of Provence .

The coastal path at Cap d'Antibes

 From the beach of Garoupe to Villa Eilenroc , this 2.7 km route makes its way through the steep rocks and along the imposing walls of the Garoupe and Croë castles. It offers an exceptional panorama of the Lérins Islands and the first summits of the Mercantour.

The Maeght Foundation & Fernand Leger Museum

 Located in Saint-Paul de Vence and inaugurated in 1964 by André Malraux, the Fondation Maeght is one of the must-see places on the Côte d’Azur . Start your visit with the gardens, the chapel and the entrance to the Foundation which overlooks the Giacometti Court, then head to the Miro garden.

The national museum Fernand Léger at Biot offers its visitors an overview of the main trends in modern art. Accessible to all, the museum organizes many ways to approach its collections and allows you to get acquainted with the great names of the 20th century and to analyze the major works of each movement.

On the way to Saint-Tropez

In St Tropez everything is famous and celebrated: The beaches: Bouillabaisse, Caneliers, Salins, Pampelonne … there are around forty on the peninsula.
